The "Abuse in Relationships: Would you Stop Yourself?" advert shows an
opening shot of a boy and a girl laying on a bed together watching a tv show.
It's a mid shot, the boy is trying to make the girl have sex with him and is
persistent while the girl keeps rejecting his offer.
Then her phone rings, the boy is at this point furious because the person calling
is her friend "Nicole", he takes and throws her phone, breaking it into the chair.
They then get up and he grabs her by the hair and pulls her.
Next shot we see the girl behind what seems like a glass window.
Obviously showing her in a 3rd person position looking at the situation.
Then the ad shows him making her do the things she said she did not want to do
forcefully.
The ad is to show that people often do things they don't mean to do and if they
could see themselves they wouldn't do those things.
It's targeted towards audiences like abusive families, abusive relationships
between teenagers and such.
