Taylor Swift is one of the most influential current pop artists alive, she has milions upon milions of listeners worldwide.
The cover also features a ghost who seems to be a familiar face, Donald Trump who is a constant target for the feminist movement and the overall left side of the political spectrum.
There is an obvious nod to women standing up for themselves to face opression and inequality, which has been shown in the form of Trump, an unoriginal and washed up concept but the central theme of the issue no less.
In conclusion the conver of this issue of the magazine focuses on feminism and how women like the 4 on the cover are working towards changing the world and making it an equal place where women are equal to men.
